Calendar operations read availability freely and change other people’s time only under approval.

Scheduling rules#

• Time zones are resolved per attendee, including DST transitions on the target date.
• Working hours and declared focus blocks are respected as hard constraints unless overridden.
• Conflicts are surfaced with the conflicting event, never silently double-booked.
• Proposals are ranked and presented; the agent does not pick unilaterally for external attendees.
