Support is fastest when a report includes the identifiers the runtime already gave you.

Before you write in#

Include the request_id from the error envelope, or the run_id for behavioural issues.
State what you expected and what happened, separately.
Include the objective text and the capability set, with secrets removed.
Note whether the behaviour is reproducible and how often.
